Vitamin E 50% Acetate Powder Feed grade of Addition

Vitamin E can be divided into natural and chemical synthesis. Natural vitamin E is mainly used in medicine and chemical industry, food and beverage, health care and beauty and other fields. Feed industry mostly uses chemical synthetic vitamin E, namely DL-a tocopherol.

1. Recommended dosage: 5-10 mg/kg.

The target function is to prevent vitamin E deficiency in laying hens
The main clinical manifestations of vitamin E deficiency in laying hens are encephalomalacia, exudative diathesis and leukmyopathy. With the popularization of the application of compound vitamins in livestock and poultry, vitamin E deficiency in laying hens has been very rare in the practice of laying hens.
The recommended amount of vitamin E for laying hens by the NRC of the United States is 5-10mg] kg, the recommended amount of vitamin E for laying hens by the Feedstuff of the United States is 6 mg/kg, and the recommended amount of vitamin E for laying hens in China is 5 mg/kg. It can be seen that 5~10mg/kg vitamin E can basically meet the requirements of normal growth and effectively prevent the occurrence of typical vitamin E deficiency.

2. The recommended dosage is 10-30mg/kg.

The target function is to promote the reproductive performance of laying hens and increase the egg production rate.
The recommended dose of vitamin E for laying hens in the Safe Use of Feed Additives issued by the Ministry of Agriculture is 10-30mg/kg. The recommended dose of vitamin E for DSM OVN layer feed is 20-30mg/kg.

3. Recommended dosage: 50-200mg/kg.

Target function is oxidation resistance
In the Category of Feed Additive Varieties Catalogue (2013), vitamin E belongs to both vitamins and vitamin analogues as well as antioxidants.
Vitamin E has a strong antioxidant function, which is mainly manifested in three aspects: scavenging free radicals, blocking lipid peroxidation, and enhancing the activity of glutathione peroxidase.

4. The recommended dosage is 150-300mg/kg,
Target function is to promote immune F function.
Enhance anti stress and disease resistance
The study found that the level of antibody in laying hens increased and the phagocytic function of phagocytes increased when large doses of vitamin E were added to the feed for laying hens. The level of some cytokines related to immune response increased. The mitotic rate of T cells and B cells was increased, and the functions of neutrophils and macrophages were enhanced.
Vitamin E can also improve the immune level by acting with enzymes and peroxides on cyclooxygenase to reduce the synthesis rate of prostaglandin E2. Vitamin E regulates immunity by reducing the release of adrenocortical hormone. Resist stress. On the one hand, vitamin E can improve animal immunity by protecting cell membrane and organelle membrane from oxidative damage, maintaining the integrity and stability of cells and organelles, and ensuring the normal function of cells;
On the other hand, vitamin E can regulate the synthesis of cytokines, prostaglandins, coagulants and cell growth promoting factors. Vitamin E can enhance the activity of macrophages and promote the oxidative metabolism of neutrophils in the peripheral blood system.
